Shipping & Returns

We offer ground or express shipping on all orders. Each order is hand inspected and hand packed.

Ground not available in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Signature is required upon delivery. Please allow up to three business days to process all orders. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Some exceptions may apply to Pre-orders, Back-orders, Limited edition products and customized bespoke products.

Since orders are bespoke we only offer an exchange in the event you are unsatisfied with your order. There is a 15% restocking fee and exchanges are only valid within the first 15 days of the date of receiving your product. The item must be in original packaging, in perfect and sellable condition with no marks, blemishes or use.
